We are looking for an IT professional who will be responsible for the day to day operation of the IT tasks and issues.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up emails for the team (we use G suite)
- Setting up different cloud based software accounts for the team
- Resolving and helping the team with various technical issues
- To keep up to date on the latest technology and recommend changes where they are relevant
- To be polite and helpful to internal and external staff
How your week will look like:
- Communication / Planning - 15% [via Asana, Slack and Email]
- Execution - 70%
- Research/Learning - 15%
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Youre extremely detail-oriented you should have a knack for seeing both the granular details and their larger effects at the same time (ie: seeing both the trees and the forest)
- You have strong English skills (you should be able to maintain technical conversations)
- Youre a highly organized and gifted time manager
- You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative
- You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience working with Wordpress platform and its plugins
- Experience working with other email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendinBlue)
- Experience working with web hosting platforms
- Experience working with Asana, GSuite, Slack, Zoom and others
- Experience creating mind maps for Flowcharts
